About
It started as an internal joke that kept working.
A small internal app that turned merged pull requests into collectible cards. People checked it, compared binders, and shipped things partly because a card was on the line.
- The idea
- Visible work gets finished — a card on the line changes what happens
- Proven
- Inside one company’s day-to-day work, before it was for sale
- Cards shipped
- 4 first-party decks, 280 cards, plus a 23,639-card public catalogue
- Free for
- 50 people, every feature, for as long as you like
It was built for the team that needed it, and it is still running there, which means every rough edge in it was hit by us before it was hit by anyone else.
The idea underneath it hasn’t changed: work produces an event, the event earns a card, and the boards make it visible without anyone writing a status update.
We are small and early. The whole loop runs in production: GitHub, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and HubSpot are all connected, anything else can send us its work, and you can pay for it from inside the product. The integrations page keeps an honest status column, and the changelog says what has actually shipped rather than what was planned.
What we believe
- Measurement that only flows upward gets resented. The people doing the work have to get something out of it or the whole thing is extraction with a dashboard.
- Team-shaped by default. Almost every question a leader has is answerable without ranking a single person.
- Say what is not built. It gets discovered in week one of a trial anyway, and the discovery is worse than the disclosure.
- Nobody should wait on our roadmap. If you measure something we never thought of, you should be able to rank on it this week rather than ask us for it and hope.
Getting in touch
There is no contact form and no sales sequence waiting at the other end of it. [email protected] reaches us; so does [email protected] for anything about vulnerabilities or a security review, and [email protected] for data requests.
If you want something the product does not do, that is a more useful email than a compliment. We are early enough that it can still change what gets built next.
Try it before you talk to us.
Free for your first 50 people. No card, no sales call.
